FASHION DEPARTMENT STORE MANAGER – Mayo - €50,000

In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Fashion Department Store Manager for a permanent role based in Mayo. 

The Client:

Our client has a number of department stores located around the country and would be well known for their value and bargains.

Job Responsibilities

The buck stops with you – and that’s just the way you like it. As a Store Manager you will be completely accountable for the Store’s performance across all the following measurements:

• Staff Management
• Delivering Superior Results
• Developing our People
• Delivering Customer Offer
• Visual Store Standards

Job Requirements

You will need to have retail experience and will have had responsibility for running teams of people – Leadership is one of the most important qualities you will possess. It’s not essential that you’ve run your own store before, but you’ll need to prove to us that you have the business awareness, communication and motivation skills and development potential to get to grips with the role quickly.
