In partnership with its client CPL are currently seeking enthusiastic Assistant Managers with a leading Fashion Retailer based in Dublin.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Store Manager in the running of the store.
• Meeting weekly targets and KPIs
• Managing and motivating staff.
• Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered.
• Developing and meeting sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Motivation and Drive
• Must have previous Fashion Retail Management experience
• MUST: Past Management experience
• Fashion Retail experience essential
• Previous Management experience an advantage
• Key Holder experience
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Fluent English
