Cosmetic Sales Floor Manager

We are looking to recruit a cosmetics sales floor manager for Dublin CC Department Store.

Ideal candidates must be able to:

·         Create new and innovative ways to achieve sales

·         Achieve weekly and monthly targets through motivation of staff

·         Ensure customer service is kept to a high standard

·         Ensure counters are kept clean and well stocked to the highest standard

·         Reliable

·         Willing to work as part of a team

·         Willingness to learn and advance your skills

·         Take pride in your appearance and keeps up to date with trends in the industry

·         Confident & enjoy challenges

·         Motivated and able to work on your own initiative.

·         Have a true love and passion for what you do as a professional.


 

Successful candidates should have at least 2-3 years experience running a busy cosmetic counter with a minimum of €5 million annual turnover within the beauty industry in a similar environment.
