CPL are currently seeking a Fresh Food Manager for a position in Dublin. Our clients have over 50 stores nationwide and are expanding with the recovery of the economy. The right candidate will be operating between a number of stores dealing with the Fresh Food divisions.

Requirements

• Experience good fresh food produce
• 6 years experience within retail fresh food environment
• Excellent ability to analyse figures
• Ability to compile reports
• Hygiene and HACCP knowledge
• Health and Safety knowledge
• Self motivated and driven
• Capable of achieving results and growing business
• Full clean driving licence
• Have their own vehicle
• Must be completely trustworthy
• Working out of normal office hours i.e. early mornings/late evening/weekends etc when required
