Department Manager- Homeware and Giftware

In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Department Manager for a permanent role based in Dublin City Centre. 

 Salary €35K.

Job Responsibilities

The Department Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager on the day to day running of the store whilst recommending and implementing new ideas which will drive the business forward

Be accountable for managing staff on the shop floor

Ensure high levels of customer service are delivered to the best standards

To ensure the presentation of the store is to the highest standards

Work to and exceed targeted KPI’s
Must have previous experience and a passion for homeware, giftware and pottery.

Job Requirements

Applicants are required to have a minimum of 2-3 years retail experience

Fashion and Giftware retail experience an advantage

Ambition, initiative, and attention to detail

Exemplary customer service skills

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
