Floor Manager

In partnership with its client CPL are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for this leading UK High Street store focusing on Homeware sales based in West Dublin.

 

Job Description:

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self motivated individual to take on the role of Assistant Manager.

 

• Must be self motivated and energetic
• Previous fashion retail management experience essential
• Enjoy new challenges
• Be highly creative and have a proactive approach to sales
• A proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to establish and maintain customer relations
• Must possess strong leadership qualities
• Excellent understanding of homewear selling points

 

 

To work as part of the senior management team within the store, liaise and communicate with the other Sales Managers on a daily basis. Carry out duties as when required. Managing time effectively – planning, prioritising, following up, resolving and reacting to issues on the sales floor(s) quickly with informed decisions. To effectively communicate expectations and directions, and ensure adherence to, all Company policies and procedures through the management of team talks, notice boards and e-learning.
